Identity system
The rules that keep HVK.xyz recognizable across expressive launches, quiet product interfaces, dark documentation, social graphics, and tiny browser icons.
Color system
Signal colors.
Stable foundation.
Acid yellow and black form the default high-contrast pairing. Magenta, violet, cyan, green, and orange act as controlled signal accents, not mandatory decoration.
Responsive hierarchy
Reduce detail.
Keep recognition.
The system changes assets before the design becomes illegible. Each tier removes secondary information while preserving the same stroke logic and diagonal energy.
Full signature
HVK.xyz domain lockup for launch pages, posters, decks, social cards, and first-contact brand surfaces.
Core wordmark
HVK primary or compact wordmark for product headers, documentation, navigation, and recurring interface chrome.
Monogram
Dense HVK symbol for favicons, app icons, avatars, stickers, collapsed sidebars, and other constrained placements.
Construction rules
Shared geometry
across every variant.
The H establishes the vertical module. The V introduces forward motion. The K ends with asymmetric diagonals. Common stroke weight, cap height, terminal logic, and optical spacing keep the family coherent.
Clear space
Use at least one primary stem width around the wordmark. Compact interface exceptions must preserve readable separation from controls and labels.
Minimum size
Switch to the compact wordmark before the standard asset loses internal clarity. Use the monogram below the useful threshold of the full name.
Distortion
Never stretch, shear, retype, outline with an arbitrary stroke, or crop the mark in a way that changes the core silhouette.
Background
Use approved high-contrast pairs. Place the mark on a solid plate when photography or motion makes the silhouette unreliable.
Asset structure
Names people can
actually understand.
Production filenames describe the brand, format, orientation, and color treatment. Source drawings remain separate from optimized distribution assets.
